Assessment

A management model is meaningless if it does not incorporate its own evaluation tools. The business continuous analysis requires the identification of the key processes and the indicators that inform their evolution. CTE has structured its evaluation system in three levels:

• Control of the business processes that affect its operations and its products with the help of indicators that continuously inform us about performance.
• Control of the Quality Management System processes in which, in addition to the organization itself, the interested parties also participate in them. This control is carried out through internal audits.
• Review of the company’s management, in which all aspects that affect the activity are analyzed, including risks, opportunities and, of course, customer satisfaction.
