Operations
Operations management follows a series of activities that starts with an requirements identification that affect the activity and ends with the production process approval. The sequence contemplates the externalized processes as if they were its own. Nothing is unplanned. The result is a capable and robust process that not only pursues what our clients expect of us, but also contemplates any legal or ethical principles, typical of the activity and community in which we operate. In turn, the process also provides us with the necessary information to optimize it and, thanks to this, we remain active in the continuous improvement dynamics.
