Each category addresses a different problem – the primary packaging that reaches the consumer, the technical packaging that protects industrial parts, the trays that circulate in the plant, or the complete system that returns to origin. We share the same engineering: technical thermoplastic, process-oriented design, and knowledge of the entire chain.
01. THERMOFORMED TRAYS
Thermoformed trays, boxes and tooling that circulate within the plant and between supplier and customer. Designed to withstand multiple use cycles, industrial washing and robotic handling.
Dunnage trays with custom cavities for technical parts, positioning and protecting each component.
Boxes and bins industrial stackable and nestable, compatible with KLT, GLT, europallet and containers
standard.
ESD versions antistatic for electronics, plus surfaces prepared for repeated industrial washing
Integrated identification by optional QR or RFID, ready for WMS systems and automation.
02. INDUSTRIAL PACKAGING
Custom protection systems for complex, bulky or critical parts. We replace EPS, PUR and manual fillers with controlled, repeatable and far more efficient thermoplastic structures.
Design from scratch based on the technical analysis of the part, its geometry, fragility and logistics environment.
Positions, secures and stabilizes the product, eliminating movement and reducing breakage in transport.
Replaces traditional solutions such as EPS or PUR foams with repeatable and recyclable structures.
Technical materials: PP, PE, ABS, ESD or recycled – selected according to each application.
03. RETURNABLE PACKAGING
Reusable systems designed for closed supplier-customer loops. Here we are not talking about sustainability as a marketing argument – we are talking about mechanical engineering applied to packaging and return on investment in less than 18 months.
Multiple industrial rotations: up to 98 rotations per unit and 7 years of useful life.
EREC (Reusable Packaging in Circular Economy) — service-oriented model with ownership retained by CTE and integrated reverse logistics.
Box of Boxes (BoB): patented modular reusable and universal system, adaptable to any dimension.
Wall to Wall: Just-in-Time supply direct to assembly line with closed-loop management.
Returnable packaging is not a single product but a range of models according to the depth of commitment between supplier and customer. CTE offers from the universal modular system to the complete closed-loop packaging management service.
Modelo 01 Model 01
Patented modular reusable and universal packaging system. A first lid, a second lid and at least one tubular body are assembled to create a container adaptable to almost any dimension, in vertical or horizontal orientation.
Modelo 02 MODEL 02
Solution designed to operate in repetitive logistics loops between supplier and customer, where the packaging is owned by the customer. Intended for multiple industrial rotations and structural protection of technical parts.
Modelo 03 MODEL 03
Reusable Packaging in Circular Economy. CTE moves from a product orientation to a service orientation: we own the packaging and manage its entire life cycle — design, manufacture, return and recycling at end of life.
Modelo 04 MODEL 04
Highly integrated logistics model: returnable packaging is not delivered to the warehouse but directly to the assembly line, in sequenced Just-in-Time format. CTE coordinates both supply and reverse logistics for returns.

Applied ecodesign
We start from the technical problem. We analyze the part, its logistics environment, the associated risks and the cost objectives. From there, we design an optimized structural solution that turns packaging into a controlled, efficient and repeatable system.
Our approach combines product engineering and process know-how. We design in CAD with both mechanical behavior and industrial feasibility in mind — cushioning geometries, integrated reinforcements, controlled deformation zones.
We study the part, its geometry, fragility and weight. We map the logistics circuit, associated risks and cost-per-rotation objectives.
We model the solution with positioning, load control, impact absorption and volume optimization in mind. We validate mechanical behavior and manufacturing feasibility.
PP, PE, ABS, ESD, recycled materials or technical compounds. The choice responds to use, transport conditions and customer requirements.
We manufacture prototypes on resin or aluminum molds for drop, vibration and handling tests. We iterate before committing to the final mold.
Series production with batch quality control. In EREC or Wall to Wall model, we also manage reverse logistics and the complete life cycle.
Dunnage trays for mechanical components, seals and subassemblies. Tier 1-OEM with KLT/GLT protocols.
Antistatic ESD trays for sensitive components. RFID traceability and compatibility with pick & place.
MAP trays, blisters and FDA-certified containers. Multilayer with barrier to extend shelf life.
Sterile trays, pharmaceutical blisters and validated packaging for in-vitro diagnostics.
Reusable Wall to Wall and BoB systems for high-volume closed circuits.
Custom packaging for bulky and fragile parts. Replaces EPS and manual fillers.
Presentation trays, blisters and sample packaging for primary and secondary packaging.
Solutions for bulky technical parts, machinery and large-format components.
