Custom thermoformed trays for the safe transport, handling and storage of components and parts. Designed part by part, manufactured to be an active part of your logistics chain.
Thermoformed plastic allows us to produce trays that fit your product exactly, integrate them into automated systems and reuse them across many loops. None of that is accidental: each tray is designed to achieve it.
Each tray is designed from the 3D of your part. The shape adapts to the exact product geometry, minimizing the risk of damage during transport and handling. Dimensional tolerances suitable for robotic systems.
Manufactured in technical thermoplastic, they withstand multiple use cycles. Also available in versions with recycled material or 100% recyclable at end of life. They reduce environmental impact and the cumulative cost of packaging.
The design optimizes product density in transport and the geometry facilitates stacking. Result: more units per pallet, fewer trips, lower cost per part transported. Compatibility with standard storage systems.
Thermoformed trays solve four concrete challenges in any supply chain. They work both inside your plant and between your company and your suppliers or customers.
They move your parts between factories, suppliers and customers with minimum risk of damage. The custom shape holds each component in place throughout the route, including long or international transport.
Dimensional precision allows robots, cobots and pick & place systems to work directly on the tray. Each part is exactly where the system expects it. No operator sorting, no downtime.
They optimize space on shelves and stock areas. The stackable geometry makes use of available height, and the custom format eliminates the losses that standard packaging causes when it does not fit well.
When there is a repetitive loop between supplier and customer, the trays travel back and forth multiple times. Each rotation amortizes the initial investment and eliminates the recurring cost of single-use packaging.
Every CTE tray is manufactured by thermoforming, but the choice of material and thickness depends on the product weight, frequency of use and the conditions of the logistics environment.
We work with several materials and different gauges according to requirements. We advise on selection from the first technical meeting.
Reduced thickness, minimum weight. Ideal for lightweight components, consumer electronics, inner packaging and applications where cost per unit is critical. 1-2.5 mm • PETG • PP • HIPS
The most common. Resistant to multiple use cycles, frequent handling and moderate load. Good balance between cost and durability. 25_5mm • pp , ARS, PE
Maximum structural rigidity. Withstands high loads, impacts and many rotations without deforming. For automotive components, machinery or high-value products. 5-8 mm • ABS • PC-ABS • technical PE
Materials with additives for electrostatics (electronics), food contact, UV resistance, flame retardancy or color traceability. Combined with any of the gauges above. ESD – FDA • UV • RFID/QR traceability
Available in blends with recycled material (rPET, rPP) when the application allows. Significantly reduces the carbon footprint without penalizing performance. rPET • rPP • recycled content up to 100%
01
We start from the 3D of the part to be packaged and the conditions of the logistics loop. We model the tray with custom geometry, reinforcements where needed and design optimized for stacking.
02
We manufacture on a resin or aluminum mold for short validation series. We carry out real tests – drop, vibration, handling – before approving the final production mold.
03
Series thermoforming with material extruded on our own lines. Batch quality control and complete traceability, from sheet to finished product.
