The injection molding process consists of melting plastic, introducing it into a mold with the exact shape of the part and allowing it to solidify. In seconds you have a perfect part. Again and again, without variation.
01
Plastic granules enter the machine and are heated until fully melted. Temperature is controlled with precision according to the type of plastic.
02
The molten plastic is injected under pressure into the mold, occupying exactly its shape. The mold defines every detail: geometry, texture and finish of the final part.
03
The mold cools rapidly and the plastic takes its definitive shape. This step determines the final properties of the part: rigidity, finish and dimensional stability.
04
The mold opens and the part comes out finished, with no need for additional finishing in most cases. The cycle repeats automatically, producing thousands of identical parts.
Injection molding is used to manufacture almost any plastic part. From tiny components to containers or large housings. If you can imagine it in plastic, it can probably be injection molded.
The outer cover of your product: household appliances, electronic devices, medical or industrial equipment. With the color, finish and texture you need, directly from the mold.
Gears, guides, supports and connectors that go inside your product. Parts that have to fit perfectly and withstand intensive use, in high-strength plastics.
Valve bodies, fittings and parts through which water, steam or chemicals pass. With materials certified for food, pharmaceutical or industrial use.
Jars, lids, dispensers and containers for cosmetics, pharmacy and industry. High-quality finishes ready for labeling or decoration directly on the mold.
Not all plastics are the same. We select the most suitable material for your product according to its use: food contact, medical, outdoor, high temperature, transparent or impact resistant.

We work with the full range of technical and engineering thermoplastics, selecting the optimal material for each application according to its mechanical, thermal and regulatory requirements.
The first part and the millionth are identical. No variations in size, shape or finish. Ideal when you need absolute consistency in your product.
The initial investment is the mold. Once manufactured, the cost per part is drastically reduced. The more units you produce, the cheaper each part comes out.
Clips, threads, internal channels, reinforcing ribs, very thin walls: everything integrated in a single part. No additional assemblies or joints.
The machines work 24 hours. One part every few seconds, automatically. No stops, no operators watching each cycle.
The part comes out of the mold with the definitive color, texture and gloss. In most cases there is no need to paint, sand or add finishes.
With the double injection technique (2K) we can combine two different plastics in a single part: rigid and flexible, two colors, or material with metal insert.
Each technology has its ideal moment. We help you choose the most suitable for your product, volume and budget.
